idea?

okay... so i just had an idea come to me...
dealing with our tie-blankets we will be making...
okay, so last night, i was practicing my sewing and i made a little fleece pillow, and i sewed a fleece tennis ball on (i must say it was a lot of fun).
and then just now i was thinking, what if everyone picked out the two colors they wanted for their own blanket, but then each of us came up with some type of symbol (i would choose a tennis ball) that we could cut out and then sew onto eachother's blankets... kind of like a symbolic thing of where a little piece of who we are will be with eachother wherever we go off to college... maybe it doesn't make sense... but here's an example..
i am a tennis ball, so i would sew one fleece tennis ball onto everyone elses blanket... say shiloh was a tuna fish shape... she would sew a tuna onto everyone elses blanket... and if we each personally sew it on to eachothers, it's kind of cool.
what do you guys think???
